compile and bundle should fail on jshint errors

i would expect JSHint and Kendo Lint errors to fail the compile / build, but they don't. we could provide explicit options to allow builds to continue on lint errors, but i think this should be an explicit "you are choosing to do this, we've warned you" thing. "the pit of success" and all that :)
