DatePicker other controls with Kendo.UI.Core

Is there documentation describing how to use DatePickers and other controls in a mobile app with Kendo.UI.Core? Below is the link to the timepicker for Angular but the CSS references necessary to view the control properly do not appear to be a part of core. I don't have dataviz references from my core install. I'm basing my preliminary work on information from:

I've got a nice mobile setup with the bootstrap CSS with navbar, mobile list and tabstrip but cannot figure out how to incorporate normal controls such as the DatePicker, TimePicker, etc. Is this easy to do with Core?
