Version 60.0.3112.50 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) extension not working. Shows inactive. Extension is enabled. Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B93n7DKrtzuITHNDTUVtUk13R00/view?usp=drivesdk

The extension will only appear in Chrome's Developer Tools. Try right clicking an element and selecting "inspect". This should open devtools. At the end of the devtools tab bar there should be a "GA Debugger" option.
