add shipboard ADCP as a platform
trajectory file example of how to make
make a "sample_data" folder for the demo, include a trajectory file in it
update the README
remove sampling details that are not used, eg x/y mooring etc [sampling_details.pop(key) for key in ['xmooring','ymooring','zmooring']]
put zres and zrange and zmooring into a dict/single vbl
figure out what happens when sample depth > bottom depth - correct for that
derived vbls: N^2. ITs??
