  • add shipboard ADCP as a platform

  • trajectory file example of how to make

  • make a "sample_data" folder for the demo, include a trajectory file in it

  • update the README

  • remove sampling details that are not used, eg x/y mooring etc [sampling_details.pop(key) for key in ['xmooring','ymooring','zmooring']]

  • put zres and zrange and zmooring into a dict/single vbl

  • figure out what happens when sample depth > bottom depth - correct for that

  • derived vbls: N^2. ITs??

  • improve the output for derived variables calucation ... eg run through a list ?
