Changes since the v0.0.9 release.

added tool touch off functionality and macro (basic macro may need tweaking per user)
fixed USB file functionality, usb must be mounted when starting probe basic or plugged in once probe basic is running and file screeen will auto pull up usb data
changed using analog outputs for probe routine to new message system to populate line edit boxes
fixed probe calibration from resetting itself on restart or atc reference, was a conflict but is now resolved
fixed installer to install deps but now requires you to enter your root password to install components
cleaned up some miscellaneous ui format bugs
