Feature: Collapse XML summaries

Would be great if we could collapse XML summaries into single line (like in vs2017) or even tooltip of below declaration

Would be especially beneficial if it's just a simple property description or method with no parameters that simplifies the comment /// <summary></summary> with the tags on one line.
