Does not seem to work with VSCode 1.31

After installing I could not get any of the NWjs-commands to work. All failed with

command 'vscode-nwjs.xxxx' not found

Is there a problem with my install?

Same here. NWjs install didn't work either. I manually added the nwjs folder to my vs project and set the runtimeexecutable to nw.exe, but it doesn't attach to the debugger either. I'm hoping that if I can run the nwjs install command it'll handle that issue since I can't figure out why it won't connect.

Also, if I put the nwjs folder in users/.nwjs/version this extension won't read it from there and keeps asking me to install the version I installed there

Using VSCode 1.33 the nwjs install command fails to get version or something else is occuring. The version selector shows up very quicky and disappear. The NWJS Log view is then focused but nothing is displayed there.
