Hi Kai, thank you so much for this wonderful tool! Just one question, Can I use snapATAC tutorial for snapATAC2? As the snapATAC2 doesn't have tutorials for downstream analysis.

No, SnapATAC and SnapATAC2 are completely different package.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do you have tutorials for snapATAC2 for downstream analysis? The current tutorial is short.
