AlertDialog disappears on uiMode change

Problem: when I perform this sequence of events the AlertDialog disappears:

1. Touch "More" on bottom bar
2. Touch "Open Source Licenses"
3. Touch a license
4. Switch between light and dark mode twice

Possible solution:

This problem could be due to the "com.mikepenz.aboutlibraries". Please consider switching to another library to provide the open source licenses screen
