fromBuffer how to set unsigned or singed? #72

I have a buf Buffer f0 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff
and I want to use

var test1 = bignum.fromBuffer(buf, {endian : 'little', size : 'auto'});

to get -16, but get test1: BigNum 18446744073709551600

So, is there a way to set unsinged or signed?
