Default empty values raise XML signing exception #17

When no merchant, certificate and keyfile are given, an unwanted exception is raised from the XML sec libs:

Failure Signing Data: - SHA256

Together with two notices:

Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: Filename cannot be empty in /my/site/vendor/slm/ideal-payment/data/xmlseclibs.php on line 380

Warning: openssl_sign() [function.openssl-sign]: supplied key param cannot be coerced into a private key in /my/site/vendor/slm/ideal-payment/data/xmlseclibs.php on line 497
