• added option to count pinned tabs (Closes #2)
• added that the tab count badge updates on window focus
• fixed multiple tabs being closed when re-opening lots of tabs at once (e.g. through session restore)

• added bug where sometimes, if the user spams ctrl+t really fast, too many tabs can be created (#5)
