The license prompt for 'yes' is not displayed correctly when installing pyspharm from windspharm #4

When pyspharm is not installed and you do a 'pip install windspharm', pyspharm
will be automatically downloaded, but the installation appears to be stuck
(from the user's point of view), because the user has to type 'yes' (and
Return) to accept the license, but the prompt is not displayed. Oddly enough,
the prompt is displayed AFTER you type 'yes'+Return

I'd like to clarify that this issue has nothing at all to do with windspharm,
the title and message are somewhat misleading.

The actual issue is that the license acceptance message is not displayed when
installing *pyspharm* via pip.

True, it's just that this is the only case where I had an unattended
installation of pyspharm, because it is a dependency of windspharm. I'm not
sure I have already installed another package where a dependency required that
you had to manually accept a license before completing the installation
