You can use any encoding/decoding between 1 & 100. To encrypt text "love you",enter this command in rotter folder:
python3 rotter.py -c ROT13 -e "love you"
To decrypt encrypted "love you" text enter this command
python3 rotter.py -c ROT13 -d "ybir lbh"
