The reason for Iran panel not coming up after tunneling

I have a server in Iran and one in Germany and I use subscription for my account, but unfortunately this tunnel does not bring up the Iran server panel and the subscription does not work.
Is there a solution?

Dadash please explain correctly, you have to point out exactly what are your configurations and paste here what error you are experiencing in what scenario so people can help. :)
