I'm a professor at Reykjavik University in Iceland working with our librarians to format IEEE citations on student theses. We noticed that some of the translations from polyglossia in icelandic mode do not format IEEE citations properly. Where would I submit the \DefineBibliographyStrings{icelandic} that I've developed to fix the problem?
