Do you plan to add a vignette? just wondering - the README is good in either case!

@jrosen48, yes, vignette is on our plans as well.

Please just consider README.md as a short version of our vignette, which will be our manuscript at the end. However, I have another idea of making vignette as an example of reproducible article, the plan of which will be detailed and shared soon.
