I haven't used recon.sh yet, maybe I need to read the code but would it be logical to have a 'list' command that lists the topic/site (ex: hackerone, someothersite).

@rabbitear Sounds like a good suggestion. I'm thinking to add a recon.sh projects command that'll list all of the projects that are currently tracked in the repository and a recon.sh commands <project name> (or something along the lines of that) to show a history of the commands that have been executed for a certain project. How does that sound?

I would suggest the word 'history' instead of 'commands' as a command line option, or possibly 'command-history', it seems odd to be typing in a command asking for commands.

@jobertabma how are you planning on tracking the commands that have been hashed? some sort of key, value when the hash is first done?

Never mind, I see the first line of the tracked files!
