Agent is using the wrong tool

Hello, i create a project based on this template https://github.com/joaomdmoura/crewAI-examples/blob/main/landing_page_generator/README.md

When my agent is doing his task, he ends up choosing the wrong tool in relation to the action he was going to do.
Example in the print below

This is expected? It is noticeable that the agent understands that he made a mistake in the task.

And there's a second problem, which is that sometimes the agent doesn't find the tool given to it and it gives the error: "Tool 'search_the_internet' not found." in that case
