some lines of code that are added in the otter buffer, but are not from the main buffer.

This would allow preliminary support for observablejs in quarto (https://quarto.org/docs/interactive/ojs/) by using tsserver and manually added imports of the observable standard lib and Plot module in the otter buffer.
