Start Generator Button Disappeared.

Hello I am just reaching out in regard to the Start Generator Button.

I had started and stopped the generator a few times manually with this button, but now the button no longer seems to show up on the Genmon Site (I think maintenance was the right tab)

You can see here that the gauges do still work. And the scheduled exercise works as well.

I have not received any logs. To send logs you must have outbound email enabled within genmon.

Have you tried refreshing your browser?
Did you enable the "Smart Switch" option on the setting page? Enabling this will disable the remote start, stop, start/transfer buttons.

Other than that suggestion I would need to see your logs to give any other suggestions.

The setting mentioned above is "Smart Transfer Switch" on the settings page. if you enable this you can not use remote functions. Most people do not have a smart transfer switch. A Smart Switch will monitor the utility voltage instead of the controller.
