Display logs before the "Checkout SCM" step (global library checkout, agent allocation)

Hi,

I've recently changed the console link to point to pipeline-graph-view instead of the classic console.

One feedback I received is that logs before the implicit declarative checkout are not diplayed and missing for users (even if they can click on "Classic console", it's not very user friendly

For example it include

• Global library checkout
• Kubernetes Agent allocation (and the YAML used)

On the graph view console

On the classic log

Would it be possible to have a dedicated section where those logs (not linked to any stage) are also displayed on the pipeline-graph console ?

Possibly related to #540 considering the logs doesn't belong to any stage
