a lab_metadata files is present in each project metadata file, because it might be produced during the data acquisition (automatically from the data acquisition software). However, it would be good to have one file fetching the information from the different lab_metadata files and creating a master file which would be easy to navigate.

It is present in the meta-analysis code.
analysis/Rcode/analysis_for_paper1/meta_analysis_wt.R
