Changelog not up to date

The last version documented in changelog, regardless what version you're reading, (https://django-oauth-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/changelog.html), stop at "0.12.0 [2017-02-24]".

I struggle to find a version of django-oauth-toolkit, that support Django 1.9 or 1.11.

https://django-oauth-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/1.2.0/ says it support Django 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, but it doesn't. (It requires Django>2.0 apparently)

Thank auvipy, I know. But is there any version that still support Django 1.11 (support by django on 1.11 goes to April 2020) ?

may be the current pypi or the version that dropped django 1.11 support. please check the commit history
