As I'm building these packer images now now, added/fixed/updated centos65 32bit support and vagrant-percona Vagrantfile will soon get a pull request to start using my atlas images...
What do you think about deprecating your jayjanssen version in favor of mine? (updating README or something like that).

You can remove the references from atlas, but indeed, there should be no problem anymore for AWS as the AMI's are completely gone. For other backends there might be some problems (openstack, vmware...) but I'm not sure if vagrant removes the ssh keys or not.
