I would like to use this product with the production plan, but the documentation is quite lacking. Is this project still actively maintained?

Seems that the author has abandoned two times in the last years. The first time is documented in the IndieHackers page for this project and after relaunching it at the beginning of 2021.
The author has abandoned other personal projects, i.e.: https://github.com/jayfk/statuspage
