Perceived Problem

Example: sometimes developer wants CLI to print help when no inputs are
passed.

Ideas / Proposed Solution(s)

Allow developer to control the default behaviour.

Could start with a setting helpOnDefault or help: { enabled: true, showWhenNoInput: true }.
