Fix duplicate IDs for html elements associated with questions/sections that have multiple skins. (Including questions with the same skin but that are duplicated in a question with multiple skins.)
Navigation should links to a part of the section/question that isn't within individual skin renderings.
Preview should show the questions message at the bottom left (otherwise it's easy to miss that you haven't configured it).
