Option for collapse all

Hi Ivan,
thanks a lot for your awesome app !!
It works perfect and fits almost all my needs.
Just one more feature would be great : do you think it's possible to have an extra option to collapse all or expand all at startup ?
I explain : i need that my SmartPivot is collasped by default and let the user expand if needed.

Strongly agree, thanks for a great extensions!

As mentioned above being able to set the option collapse all as a default would be great for our using as well. I think in general it is very common to start collapsed and then drill-down.
