Proposal to remove FRP.Yampa.Arrow

The module https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Yampa-0.14.10/docs/FRP-Yampa-Arrow.html publishes two functions that have been generally useful:

dup :: a -> (a, a)
dup x = (x, x)

arr2 :: Arrow a => (b -> c -> d) -> a (b, c) d
arr2 = arr . uncurry

Other functions are theoretically useful, but I have never found them being used in any games, applications, or libraries.

I've requested that dup and arr2 be included in base. If that's possible, then we can definitely remove them from Yampa. Either way, I'd remove arr3,... There's no point in publishing those if they are not really used.
