The sci-paris dataset contains good images (T2w 0.9 mm iso) with visible nerve rootlets of 14 SCI patients --> test the segmentation model on this dataset.

not only SCI patients-- there are HC too with nice looking T2w data

Jan TODO: BIDSify this HC data -- git-annex sci-zurich now contains only SCI patients
