itom dev 4.3.0: LibUSB.dll can not be loaded

Hi @BBertschinger,

i was trying to use the plugin AvantesAvaSpec, but the following error message "RuntimeError: Could not load plugin AvantesAvaSpec with error message: Plugin 'LibUSB' not found in list of given type" occured. Also the plugin-status showed, that the DLL is missing, but in the named path the DLL is present.

I know you and Florian worked on the Avaspec plugin, so i just linked you.
