Up to now, then specifying a copyright text like "", the c code generator will generate a comment of the form "/<copyrigh</". We should ensure the specified copyright is trimmed and additional whitespaces are added at head and tail of the provided copyright entry.

Merged fix into master. Resolving as fixed.
