Alignment of "We are" text on the homepage

Issue Description
When the text changes in the homeintro section the text "We are" is shifting as well. We want it to be stationary.

Left Align the text in the and let the family,team etc text change only. Also check the alignment in the phone view.

run your server by
"npm install" ,followed by
"npm start"
