Handle duplicate part uploads with different part sizes.

With the changes for #114, we can't handle multiple part uploads with different part sizes. If some parts were written directly to iRODS and then a previous part size changed, that would mean the higher bytes that were written to the iRODS data object are no longer in the proper places. Bytes would have to be shuffled around to handle this.
