Should the project team come before the rest of the project page? #804

Right now the page content comes first, and then the team, which means the team may come quite late. Any options?

Eg, https://iris-hep.org/projects/ml4jets.html

I would like to raise the same question, but for focus-area pages. Except I was thinking that the team should go even lower there, i.e., after the projects list. For OSG-LHC, at least, the projects list seems to be an important part of the content that reviewers should see/find quickly.

the team doesn't take much space in the focus area pages - but can be easily pushed down below the projects

much "vertical" space.. (though thats probably not true on a phone...)
