feat: automate removal of domains called out as dangerous

since we do no security audits ourselves, google, bing, cloudflare, etc.. may have much more information about errors like the one called out initially by #392 and resolved by #394.

We should be able to detect this, and remove the URLs, via some CI or automated action.

There's some work in progress regarding this:

• IPFS filtering to allow node operators to decide on content they are willing to serve kubo#8492
• IPIP 298: (allow|deny)lists for IPFS Nodes and Gateways specs#340

Overall I believe this could become a tiring game of whack-a-mole, there always will be malicious actors. It might be worth exploring a public, community-maintained list of such deceptive content which could alleviate some concern. This may not scale in the longer term so would need a more robust solution.
