Cannot debug the webview with safari 16.4 inspect tool, new inspect function is not enable

I experience the same issue with Cordova iOS 6.3.0.
This pull request seems to fix this issue: #677
Would be great to get an official bugfix release for this issue.

In the meantime there is already a fork with this fix included: mochi-cards@8ed55ac
