This can be done with a toggle action button, perhaps

Also, make QSL table's horizontal scrolling ability obvious to user (currently, user might not even know it's possible). Probably want to have horiz scroll bar that is always visible.

Maybe even at top of table rather than bottom? Experiment with this.

I tried it today. It is not easy to use. drag the panel out behaves exactly the same as resize the browser window. 2/3 I accidentally resize the window instead of expand the panel.
