I personally don't use this module anymore and don't have time to maintain it. Is anyone interested in maintaining it? In my opinion It would need a "stream" based rewrite instead of "hacky" monkey patching essential response functions, but as I said I don't have the time for it.

Please let me know if you would be interested in maintaining or rewriting :-) it.
