Are there any technical limitations and challenges to on-chain certification of DApps on Cardano?

I think the parametrized scripts issue we discuss today is one of the major challenges for on-chain certification as of today.
CIP 46 might be relevant to this discussion: cardano-foundation/CIPs#385

This is now solved by the design pattern for onchain parameter verification that is detailed in this CIP
