KTLO (Keeping The Lights On) is a popular way to categorize work, that does not directly deliver any feature / enhancements; but ends up adding massive value through multiplication or by removing small costs / barriers.

This is a placeholder roadmap item, to prioritize and track KTLO work, needed to maintain & drive all other projects
