Better handling of errors when sourcing entries #8

We can fail to source entries, and we can also fail to build them. When we do, the whole pipeline crashes.

Thankfully it's quite easy to debug when this happens. But it would be nicer to:

Continue past the original error
Provide output that makes it easy to debug
