Can you provide a little more info on what you are attempting to accomplish? Can you not import the svg?

Sure. I am hosting the output of the Itwinviewer app from /build directory (straight copy) in my own webapp. It looks like the path for the Generic Error SVG is not leveraging the root path like other items are. So the result is the construction image not loading.
