Empty library after update from v1.118.2 to v1.122.3

The library is empty after update

Hi,
I've run an update of immich from v1.118.2 to v1.122.3 as usual:
docker compose pull && docker compose up -d

The only source of my photos is External Library and now it appears empty showing 0 assets in the Web UI.

I've queried Postgres DB directly and see my assets there:

Reproduction steps

1. Run immich update: docker compose pull && docker compose up -d
2. Visit web UI (or mobile app) and see that there are no photos at all.

Can you check in trash page? Your external mount is probably not mounted

Hi,
Yes, I see all the photos in Trash.
The external mount is definitely mounted.
Probably it wasn't at the moment of update.
Clicking "Restore All" restored only 2 assets, and all next clicks say "Restored 0 assets".
Library Rescan seems to help.

Same problem but with v122.3-> v123. All images of one specific library are gone.

They show up in trash but on hitting restore it will show: 0 restored.

All of the libraries are on the same disk just different folders.

You external library is probably unmounted on your server/VM

Was the first thing i thought. But i think something worse happened. It deleted all the files(more than 2 TB). I am restoring them now from a backup and mount the lib RO in docker now.

What is "it"?

Immich. Im currently restoring and investigating further.
Edit: Only the one Library that shows 0 has been affected by this. The only difference is that its a library also shared with partners and its much bigger than the others.
