None of the relations work. Tree structure problem

Doing something like /api/geo/children/3996063 returns all states from all countries, instead of the ones from the requested parent

It seems the problem is on the left and right columns. I will try to check if it is maybe something with the null columns. But everything that depends on this tree structure doesn't work

The left and right columns are seeded incorrectly. I've tried to import a dataset from 2019, around the time the majority of your commits where done, and it doesn't work either.

You can see on Mexico case the left and right values are 0 to 2033.

And the children are not the ones that should belong on that range
