Get the entire discussion and allow the model to respond as if it were a chat. Maybe functions like openai summarize will summarize based on the diff but then you can do something like openai regular_message to chat with it based on the discussion history

Also could add some form of access to the repository - maybe summarize the README and include the prompt or something

Easy step: Summarize each file separately and do a few summaries.

  1. Each file summary + suggested improvements
  2. Summary and improvements of all file summaries (the PR summary)
