why its taking too much time with cpu mode any solution to this

run in gpu model can help.but util now,I haven't found a solution on Ubuntu20.04,4070Ti super.cuda 10.1、11.2、11.8、12.3 with aligned tensorflow-gpu give me black and blue color blocks as result

in cpu mode is it possible to reduce the time any solution.
