size-based arkime_sessions3-* indexes

A major user organization (and funding source) is requesting the change to be able to make Arkime indexes size-based instead of time-based. Need to see the ramifications of this and the willingness of the arkime team for adding an option like this to live upstream as I'd like to not maintain major Arkime patches downstream.
