コードの実行時メモリ量を把握したい #68

テストを走らせた時に、実行時間を表示するところでメモリ量も併記してほしいです。
また、Memory Limit を設定し、テストでMLEを検出したいです。

だれかがプルリクを作ってくれたら対応されるかもしれませんが、現状難しいと思います

メモリの計測自体が結構大変。各オンラインジャッジでなんか数字出てるけどそんなに信用できるものではない
cgroupsとかメモリを制限する機構はいくつかあるけどポータビリティに問題が出てくる
制限できたとしてRuntime ErrorとMLEをきちんと識別するのは骨が折れる
